School Newsletters 2025/26
Start of the school year 2025-26
We can't wait to welcome back all the children in Years 1 to 6 on Tuesday 2nd September 2025.
The class teachers will be ready to meet you at 8.45am and the school day ends at 3.15pm. Please arrive by 8.55am at the latest so that lessons can get under way promptly at 9.00am. Please see the menu below for the first week back this school year to support you with meal choices.
Drop off and collection places will be as they were on the 'move-up day'- the front of the new build for Key Stage 2 children, the top of the main school corridor for Year 2, and the classroom doors for Year 1 children.
Our new intake Reception children start on Wednesday 3rd September. Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th September are shortened days for the new Reception children with drop off at 8.45am and pick up at 12.30pm to/from their classroom doors. Children will be able to enjoy a school meal free of charge or can bring their own packed lunch if preferred. Please see the menu below for the first week back. Please support your child and their teacher by letting the teacher know on arrival which meal choice your child would like or whether they will be having packed lunch.
Reception children have their first full day at school on Friday 5th September, with drop-off as standard at 8.45am and pick-up at 3.10pm. Please arrive by 8.55am at the latest so that sessions can get under way promptly at 9.00am.
MENU FOR WEEK OF 2nd SEPTEMBER 2025
Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free school meal under the Universal Infant Free school meals scheme. For Key Stage 2 children there is a £2.49 charge for school meals payable via Arbor, except in cases where children are entitled to free school meals... Please help your child by talking to them about the menu and your preferences for any choices for them. They will need to respond at register time in Years 1 to 6 to let the teacher know what they will be having for lunch- either packed lunch or their preferred school meal option.
The last newsletter of the 2024-25 school year is included above. Our weekly newsletters are published on Fridays on this page.
